In this demo class, we’ll cover the basics of smoke, consumer and home built smokers, smoking methods, types of smoking wood, grilling with smoke and smoke up a couple of recipes (Yes there will be smoky things to eat!) that you can use to harness new and interesting ways to prepare that bumper crop coming out of your garden!
