Apple Thyme Marmalade, Peach Melba Preserves, Rosey Apple Jelly, Caramelized Onion Jam...sound good?  Come and learn basic Jam and Jelly making techniques.  We will cover fruit preparation and how to use different Sweeteners...or none at all!  We will make 2 recipes in class and you will be able to take home a jar of your own.  Wear clothing that you would wear to cook in, or bring an apron,  it can get messy!!
